About Me

Life can be messy, unpredictable, and straight up overwhelming at times. But the good news? You don’t have to face it alone.

A Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Associate, and I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey of healing. Whether you’re feeling stuck, navigating life’s curveballs, or just trying to figure out what’s next, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered.

I bring a wealth of experience, having earned my master’s in Clinical Counseling from Palo Alto University and my bachelor’s in Psychology with a Public Health minor from Rutgers University. With a little under 10 years of counseling under my belt and a lifetime of my own inner work, my professional and personal journey with mental health helps me bring empathy, understanding, and a deep commitment to helping you find clarity and strength in your own story.

Using a blend of Humanistic therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, holistic principles, and a culturally sensitive approach, I design my sessions, workshops, and other resources to meet you where you are. I specialize in supporting clients through a variety of challenges, including trauma, multicultural and identity issues, behavioral and mood disorders, depression and stress. Whether it’s managing ADHD, finding balance in your mind-body connection, or navigating self-esteem and anxiety, I’m here to help you reconnect with your resilience and potential.

Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and help you move toward the life you want. At the heart of my practice is the belief that we’re all human—flawed, beautiful, and capable of growth. Whatever you’re going through, know that you don’t have to do it alone. Let’s work together to uncover your strengths, embrace change, and create a path forward.
